INFORMATION COLLECTED
The information you provide to us through the platform in your user profile will be collected. This includes your surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, login and password. Similarly, information about your pet, such as its name, species, breed, date of birth, and any other information or data about its medical condition (medications, allergies, illnesses, medical history, medical reports and the like) will be collected.
Any additional information that you choose to provide to us via e-mail exchanges will also be collected. Please note that e-mail communications are neither secure nor confidential.
USE OF INFORMATION
The information we collect is used to:
– to improve and maintain the platform’s services
– respond to user comments and questions
– send information such as invoices, reports, updates, alerts and administrative messages
– identify and prevent fraudulent activity
– contact you about special promotions and events
– analyze our services and activities.
Where permitted by law, or in the event of litigation, we may share the information provided for legal, protection and security purposes.
We use third-party service providers in the following cases: e-commerce provider, payment interface provider, hosting service provider, data storage and processing provider, and research and analysis provider. The data collected will be stored on Infomaniak’s Swiss servers and will not be transmitted abroad without your consent.

We will retain certain information for analysis and record integrity purposes, as well as to prevent fraud and enforce our terms of use. If your information has been provided to third parties, the retention of that information will be subject to the policies of those third parties.
If you unsubscribe, you accept the possibility that we may send you non-commercial e-mails, particularly concerning your accounts.
The platform is intended for use by people over 18 years of age.
If you wish to provide us with information for or about another person, it is your responsibility to obtain written consent from that third party to allow us to collect, use and disclose that information in accordance with the conditions described above.
Security measures have been put in place to protect your information against loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, copying, use or modification. Despite these measures, no method of transmitting or storing information is 100% secure or error-free. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
