If you wish to remove an animal that’s already been registered in your user profile, simply send an email to service-client@chattyvet.ch with your request.
Don’t hesitate to specify the reasons why you wish to delete this profile. Our technical team will take care of the rest.
This step is essential for the proper management of the files, especially the consultation reports.
